Position Summary
The Delivery Supervisor is responsible for the quality and efficiency of the delivery departments and their operations.
In this high impact role, you will serve as a liaison between long term care facilities and delivery staff. You will train all transport personnel.
What you will do:
- Assists with coordination of processes and assignments for the delivery area to ensure the delivery of consistent work products.
- Executes daily activities and operational plans for the delivery area's strategies to enhance the culture of excellence and innovation across the enterprise.
- Leads training for transportation personnel including contract courier service employees.
- Coordinates processes and assignments for the delivery team, including the work schedule and delivery routes.
- Conducts performance appraisals by monitoring workflow, analyzing patterns and trends, and setting performance standards for staff.
- Provides day-to-day supervision of delivery staff, conducts staff meetings, and counsels staff to ensure the quality of employee output.
- Establishes a liaison between home care patient services (if applicable), long term care, and courier services.
- Manages team performance through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional services and engagement, motivation, and team development.
Minimum Requirements
- Driver's license in good standing and a clean driving record
- Possess strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to solve problems
- Excellent communication skills and work well with other employees
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must maintain a valid driver's license
- Ability to use routing software (if applicable)
- Ability to drive a standard transmission IF necessary.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,888.00 - $85,068.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
