Growing together.We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Pharmacist to join our team during the graveyard shift, supporting critical operations in hospice and home infusion pharmacy services. This role is ideal for a licensed pharmacist who thrives in a fast-paced, fulfillment center environment and is committed to delivering high-quality care and service. The schedule will be Tuesday- Thursday from 8p-7:30a and Fridays 8p-5:30a.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work graveyard and variable shifts based on business needs, including on-call coverage
- Support production and fulfillment for hospice and home infusion pharmacy services
- Process order entry for a wide range of medications including injectables, specialty drugs, IV infusions, TPN, and hospice medications
- May compound IV medications during on-call shifts
- Oversee and guide pharmacy technicians to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Contribute to pharmacy operations and special projects
- Ensure all activities comply with state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations
- Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:
- BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D degree
- Current and unrestricted pharmacist licensure
- 1+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting
- Ability to work evening shift and variable shift per business needs
- Ability to cover on-call while working graveyard shift
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pharm D
- PBM or Managed Care experience
- Pharmacy fulfillment center experience
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 20 pounds
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $43.22 to $77.21 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable
