Description
Delta-T Group is a nationwide provider of interim staffing referrals and workforce solutions within the K12 education, social service, behavioral health, substance abuse and disability fields. We connect caring professionals with rich and rewarding client opportunities.Our client is seeking a Licensed Graduate Social Worker - LGSW to work with older adults in a Washington, DC long term care facility. The schedule is 8:30am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Conduct intake/assessment to determine needed services
* Meet with clients as determined by treatment plan
* Complete case notes in a timely fashion
* Work with the Director and other multi-disciplinary team members to develop and implement treatment plans/assessments for clients
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* LGSW
* Experience working with older adults in either a residential setting or in community setting
