Toby and Leon Cooperman Sinai Residence of Boca Raton is looking for a strong sales leader that is ready to bring their sales career to the next level.  We are in search of  an experienced sale and marketing executive, reporting to the CEO that can lead the sales and marketing organization of our unparalleled and elegant Continual Care Retirement Community.   They will also serve as a key member of our Executive Team.  Our opulent community (almost) sells itself!  No one else does livable luxury like we do.  The feeling of an opulent resort is infused into every detail.  We have an amazing sales staff and executive team that provide remarkable support.  We offer a generous base salary and commission plan and a rich benefits package.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is strongly preferred
• Minimum of ten years of relevant sales and marketing experience, with strong preference for senior living industry experience in affluent communities, with proven results 
• Proficient in computer utilization including: Windows, Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM database systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and proficiency with email processes and etiquette 
• Track record of acting with a positive attitude and respect towards all constituencies including all Sinai employees, residents, families, and professionals
