Company History
Founded in 1993, Aviva – A Campus for Senior is Sarasota’s only senior living campus which offers all levels of living on a rental basis. Our picturesque community nestled in The Meadows of Sarasota, just a short drive from downtown. As a Jewish faith-based community and not-for-profit organization we are proud that our deeply rooted values provide residents of all faiths the ability to experience a world of new possibilities.
Now as Aviva looks towards the future, we are actively seeking new ways to further improve the security of our campus, the amenities residents can take advantage of, and the services our staff provides. In the next 18 months we are planning to install and improve the security system located across our three levels of care while also working to provide residents an upgraded pendent system which they wear for safety. To help enhance the Aviva experience we are looking at ways to update our entrance way and lobby at Anchin Assisted Living & Memory Care, refurbish our Kobernick Independent Living dining room, and of course continue to support our unique Benevolent Care program. The Benevolent Care program which began with our founders, allows Aviva to financially support qualified residents so that they never need to fear having to leave their home due to finances.
