BayCare Health System is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization located throughout four counties on the central Gulf Coast of Florida with a network comprised of 15 hospitals with services including imaging, lab, behavioral health, home health care and urgent care. Our priority is connecting patients to a complete range of preventive, diagnostic and treatment services for any health care need, throughout their lifetime.

Company History
Who We Are
Our foundation grew from four medical groups within BayCare and merged to become collectively known as BayCare Medical Group (BMG). BayCare Medical Group is governed by a board with equal representation of employed physicians and health system-appointed directors. BMG provides the opportunity to practice medicine in a group practice setting with physician direction and leadership. At the same time, BMG facilitates growth and success in shaping future health care delivery by supporting the administrative and information system needs critical to a successful group practice.
As part of BayCare, the region's largest health care system, we offer growing practices along with robust administrative support in a location that's world-renowned for its sunshine, sports, schools and exceptional quality of life.
