Village On The Isle, situated on a beautiful 16.5-acre campus on the island of Venice, Florida, is one of the first Life Plan Communities on the Gulf Coast of Florida. A vibrant and visionary community offering the full continuum of care, Village On The Isle is guided in its philosophy and practices by its mission to “share God’s love by promoting individual growth and dignity, enhancing the quality of life and meeting the human and spiritual needs of our residents, staff, and community.” These values are ever-present in the thoughts and actions of the community. Operated with sound financial stewardship and an investment grade public rating, Village On The Isle has an annual revenue of $22+ million and is home to approximately 360 residents and employs a dedicated team of 280 staff members.

Incorporated in 1979, Village On The Isle is a full-service, not-for-profit, Life Plan Community—also known as a Continuing Care Retirement Community. We are an affiliate of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America—one of the largest Christian denominations in the United States.
We are very proud of our history and believe residents, families, staff members, and others who serve and uphold our mission, share enduring values. We enjoy fellowshipping together and supporting each other, regardless of individual spiritual beliefs.
